Sales Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager located in the NYC Area. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for starting with an unfair advantage of taking over a home-grown prospecting team of 8 people. You will be tasked with building out an SDR team in-house along aide the Head of Sales.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills. The “How can I always make this better?” approach
- Proven track record of management
- Strong sales skills and ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience in sales operations and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the software industry
Nice to have
- Data privacy/compliance experience
- Legal experience or background
